The Corporate Psychopaths Theory of the Global Financial Crisis | Death and Taxes

The Corporate Psychopaths Theory of the Global Financial Crisis | Death and Taxes | Tidbits, titbits or tipbits? | Scoop.it

A peer-reviewed paper is set to appear in the Journal of Business ethics which proposes the theory that psychopaths on Wall Street have had a critical role in the global financial crisis.

Psychopathy is defined as the inability to empathize with the feelings of others. A theoretical paper, to be published in the Journal of Business ethics, will analyze the global financial crisis through the lens of the psychopath. The paper is titled “The Corporate Psychopaths Theory of the Global Financial Crisis,” and it is written by Clive R. Boddy.

Boddy describes psychopaths as “the 1% of people who have no conscience or empathy and who do not care for anyone other than themsePublishlves.” An echo of the Occupy’s nemesis the 1%? Perhaps.

If Content Is King, Then Storytelling Is Queen: 18 Checkpoints To Consider. | Tidbits, titbits or tipbits? | Scoop.it
In my previous post, I touched on content marketing and I  emphasized throughout the post the importance of quality content. But what does that mean?

What a great post about using stories to build quality content -- and a fun poll to take at the end too!

I love how the author has organized her thoughts and given us really good tips on using storytelling to build great blogs, articles, websites, ebooks, etc. Her tips are a terrific map.

And then you get to take a quick poll at the end and see immediate results.  I'm bookmarking the post so I can keep going back and to see how people are responding!
