In this article the writer explains how students exercising is actually helping them pay attention more in classrooms. She tells us that throughout all of Canada these students are using bike while they are at school. They take a break and cruise around their bikes till they feel like they are ready to learn again. The main point of this article would be how exercise is important to relieve stress from kids while learning. Her audience would be schools around the nation and to school districts looking for ways to get students more awake in class. I agree with her with this being an effective way in students education. I would recommend this article to elementary schools teachers. I would be able to use this article if I were writing about what can schools do to keep students more awake in classrooms. This source seems reliable since it has a lot to do with education.

Neat idea, I would love to have a stationary bike to use during class.
