I guess we will just have to wait and see if this change will be beneficial for the company and if the new UK team delivers.

I didn't know that Royal Caribbean international sister brand is Celebrity Cruises, it makes sense just like Carnival sister is Costa. I don't believe they should be putting new call center in Guatemala. They should keep the call centers where there from UK or USA. No wonder why all these people are suffering with no jobs. All these companies rather other countries then there own to work for them.
